Booking and Calendar Integrations for Vacation Rental Owners and Managers
I currently have clients that span a whole range of booking solutions/calendars. They all have their pros and cons.
Lodgix, bookingsync and bookerville* all have some kind of yearly fees. All processing goes through a standard payment gateway and cc fees are pretty standard. *my least favorite…forms are so ugly!
Some clients just send me the feed info from their various listing sites and I found a simple calendar they can feed into just to show availability. Then we list seasonal fees in a rate chart and we set up an inquiry form that the owner receives as an email and then they send out a paypal link for payment.
It’s all over the board there. More automated and slick looking = more money basically.
I can integrate anything you want though.
